Recently I visited my favourite gardens on a beautiful sunny morning to photograph the lovely Pat & her apprentice Ailsa. Ailsa has been working under Pat’s tutelage in the gardens & on the famous & very beautiful herbaceous border at Waterperry Gardens. Ailsa was moving on to the celebrated gardens at Kew for her 3 year diploma & I thought it would be nice to capture some images of the Head Gardener & her apprentice for posterity.
